Welcome to the Chef's Table at the Edgewater Restaurant, located at the Edgewater Hotel in Downtown Historic Winter Garden.

Watch our chefs prepare your dinner to order in our full view kitchen while enjoying the cozy atmosphere of our charming dining room. This intimate setting coupled with excellent food and wine certainly makes for an unforgettable, and unique experience.  

With over 20 years restaurant experience, Chef/Owner Kevin Tarter comes from the kitchens of Disney’s prestigious Victoria & Albert’s and New Orlean’s Arnaud’s.
 
Co-Owner and wife Laurie Tarter also has over 20 years of restaurant experience, and has worked with Kevin on an optional wine pairing for $21.99.

Sous Chef Crystal Womelsdorf is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has trained at prestigous restaurants on Disney property including the California Grill.

Our creative and ever-changing Prix-Fixe menu consists of a three course dinner for $49.99 per guest.
